Who can order from Colette?
We work with shops and retailers only: bricks-and-mortar shops, market and street vendors, multi-brand stores and womenswear e-commerce. We do not sell to private customers.
How do I see wholesale prices?
Wholesale prices are visible to approved businesses only. Message us on WhatsApp or request catalogue access on Microstore (store code 905086).
Is there a minimum order?
No minimums per item, colour or size. The overall minimum order is €100.
How does business approval work?
We work with businesses only: after your request, approval usually happens the same day.
Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?
Ready stock shipped from Tuscany, Italy. Delivery usually takes 1-2 days in Italy; remote areas and islands may need a few days more.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Across Italy and to the main European countries, including France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Austria, Belgium and Poland. Delivery abroad usually takes 3-4 working days.
Is there an offer for new customers?
Yes: for new customers, shipping on the first order is free above €100.
How often do new items arrive?
New arrivals every week. Once you are approved, you receive notifications about new arrivals and can restock freely.
What kind of assortment is in the catalogue?
Pieces for every age, style and silhouette, across 18 categories: from knitwear to coats, from dresses to the Lino Collection.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer or card, via payment link.
How do I get started?
Message us on WhatsApp or search for Colette on Microstore (store code 905086). After approval, usually the same day, you can order and restock freely.
